Jorge Fonseca Rodriguez: They say that what starts badly -> ends badly. Postponed appointments, and then postponed again upon arrival if not because I complain about it. The doctor extremely concerned about serving more clients without worrying about the ones in front of her, basically they care about the number of clients, not their satisfaction, at least that was my experience. It seems that they also do not understand that it is a private service, and therefore it is NOT free.

My most sincere thanks to Manu, who was the physiotherapist who treated me, for his great work and professionalism. At all times he was attentive to my evolution, adapting the treatment that has been a combination of manual physiotherapy, use of machines, stretching and exercises. My experience has been very good so I would recommend it without hesitation.

Luiz Candreva: The second star it’s because it’s 24h. Treatment is nothing short of extreme rude. Unfriendly, it seems that the attendant was giving me a huge favor just by going to the door. Scarcity of products and misguidance regarding Spanish regulations and drugs available. I’d recommend searching somewhere else. (You can see that they reply with somewhat pretty words on a “by the book” kind of way, but do absolutely nothing to effectively solve the issues reported, since they continue to happen months in a row).

Emmanuel Sanjuan: I went to buy fullmarks anti-lice lotion because it was urgent and it was Sunday and the pharmacy was open but I got the most EXPENSIVE purchase of my life: 25 euros, when it costs 18 euros on amazon. I find it really abusive.

Ivan Fernandez: Disgraceful treatment by the gray-haired pharmacist during the on-call service. As it was an emergency and after indicating that I did not have the prescribed medicine, I went back to indicate an equivalent that the doctor had indicated to me by phone. He did not want to provide it to me (which I can understand if that is the protocol) but the ways of dispatching me were totally unacceptable. He literally told me: go ahead. I cannot understand under any circumstances receiving such treatment from a professional who works with the public. Seen in other comments the experiences of other clients should seriously reconsider doing without this person.

Shane Kenny: This is an outstanding place, as an Irish person in Madrid, it is still amazing to me that I can get excellent fresh food, all my need for the house, a big screen tv and tyres for my car all in one place. Really though the staff are helpful and this supermarket really has everything you could possibly need.

Anthony Verrecchio: Fairly gigantic supermarket that even sells Walmart-style clothing and random accessories - from light bulbs to televisions. Good beer selection, good organic food selection. There are some random other shops as you enter and exit, as well as all along the front of the supermarket opposite the checkout areas....from cell phone mini stores to a deli, and even a small cafe. Kind of a weird setup, but cool place. Underground parking available for patrons, as well as a large outdoor lot.
Pablo Rubio: This was a very large Alcampo with an excellent selection of food, but there were 2 major annoyances with it. The parking is very annoying as if you are shopping for more than an hour, you have to pay, I don’t understand why any business would incentivize people to leave sooner. The other annoyance is they purposely removed the expiration date sticker on a wheel of cheese I buy frequently. It was clearly expired as it was completely covered in white mold which only happens when this perticular cheese is expired or near expiration, I would have still bought it as it is delicious once you remove the mold, but why not be honest and not try to pass it off without the expiration sticker? Apart from that the woman that works in the cheese department is very friendly and enthusiastic and is an asset to this location.

Christoph Fischer-Antze: The best supermarket in this neighbourhood. They have a surprisingly big parking lot given the high real estate prices in this area and have literally everything you can think from groceries to non-food items. Their produce is very fresh and the choice is wide-ranging from fish to meats to cheeses and take away.
B T: The supermarket is so dirty, I both a burrata that was in a terrible condition to eat and at least I left a pair of shoes to fix in a store INSIDE that stole me because they didn’t made the work and when i tried to make a complaint they told me that they wouldn’t do nothing about it

Angel de Castro: Neighborhood pharmacy, with very familiar treatment. The pharmacy is attended by the owner and her son, both very nice. Compared to other pharmacies in the neighborhood, there is less queue and the treatment is closer. As a curiosity, they have two little birds called "Paracetamol" and "Ibuprofen" that make the wonder of children. So much so that it is the pharmacy "of the little birds". Recommendable.

And the lady who attended me after informing me that it is a drug that is ordered and arrives the next day, which is understandable. Eva de los Rios: I am a regular customer of this pharmacy, I live next door and its long hours have made it very easy, but they are not the only reasons. MB Sanchis: The attention leaves a lot to be desired. They wrote my name and phone number in their notebook to notify me when a medicine that they were supposed to ask me for arrived. After a week without knowing anything I asked again and they signed me up again. And without any kind of explanation, like sparing my life. Another two weeks have passed and no news. Patience and education have a limit. There are many pharmacies in the neighborhood. Maybe they use invisible ink on customer orders, or they just like to tease us. Anyway…

Matthew Levin: I twisted my ankle after falling off a curb and everyone at this clinic was so accommodating and friendly, getting me in at the last minute before a holiday and giving me all the time and attention needed to properly assess my injury. The receptionist, the x-ray tech and Dr. Freitag were all so patient and kind to me and made me feel very at ease in a pretty stressful situation. Dr. Freitag was very professional and explained my injury to me clearly (in English, as my Spanish could be much better!). The clinic itself was clean and modern, too. I left with a solid plan for recovery from the sprain, detailed paperwork for my insurance company and x-rays to take home with me. I recommend them to anyone in Madrid who needs a competent and compassionate doctor. Thank you very much, Clínica DKF!

Alberto perez lopez: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL: I went to do a stress test with gases and lactating and it was all fatal. They neither measure nor weigh nor take percentage of fat. They put the electrodes on me without a mesh over them and during the test they all fell off and they forgot to do my lactate even though I had requested it. The technician answering the cell phone while he did the test... and he dispatched me in 25 minutes when they tell you it lasts 1 hour. In short, a painful experience that I totally advise against anyone who wants a serious report.
Response: Dear Albert: We are very sorry to read this comment which, unfortunately, does not correspond to the reality of the facts. We are obliged to clarify your comment point by point: (i) Of course, our professional weighs and measures in all the stress tests that he performs on all his patients. Thanks to these measurements, the Body Mass Index (BMI) is obtained. To obtain this measurement during the test, our colleague, Dr. Arturo Muñoz, uses a mobile phone to calculate these percentages. All measurements were made in your test, as you can see from the full 3-page report you received. Therefore, it is absolutely false that they were not carried out. (ii) Only in cases where it is considered necessary, the mesh is placed on the patient. In his case, it was not considered necessary. (iii) It is also not true that all the electrodes fell off, if that were the case, the test would have been stopped and the cardiologist would not have been able to make the report. It was not your case. (iv) Regarding the lactate test, you requested a gas test and this was exactly what was done and what you paid for. (v) No one checked you out for 25 minutes, moreover, you stayed 1 hour and 13 minutes in our clinic as recorded in our check-in and check-out records. The tests last as long as the patient can stand on the tape, there are no maximums or minimums. The protocol was followed at all times. (vi) As previously mentioned, your report is not only serious, but also very complete. Notwithstanding all of the above, your complaint particularly draws our attention since our professional's agenda was reorganized to be able to assist you one hour before your appointment, as you requested, to adapt to your schedule. Mirian Veiga Diaz: My experience at the clinic has been great. Dr. Freitag is a wonderful person as well as a great professional. However, the best thing about the clinic is its personal secretary, Isabel González, who stands out for her kindness, efficiency and professionalism.
