Rosemarie Butkovic: Dr. Colmaneres was great. My first visit was seamless and very professional. However, my subsequent visits were the complete opposite. I needed physio therapy or a massage. The Dr. provided a very detailed report and it was in their system. When I called to make my physio/massage appointment they didn't mention that it was only a consultation. I arrived expecting a massage to finally attend to my pain but instead it was another consultation. I asked whether they can do a massage and they said they were busy. This is my first time using private health insurance abroad in another country so I assume this is the process. I was guided to the Receptionist and asked to make an appointment for a massage. Fast forward to my first massage appointment today (several days after my initial visit)...I arrived on time, the therapist came for me and walked around the office looking for a spare room with me alongside him. Not only is this unprofessional but in doing so, he was interrupting other sessions already in progress. He told me to wait while he went to look for another room. He came back to guide me to a "general" room with a bed in which rooms were curtained off. This is unacceptable. A massage is private and is meant to be relaxing as well. I'm not there to hear other people's conversations and I do not feel comfortable getting naked between curtains. I refused. They said I could wait 30 minutes until a room became available. Again, not acceptable. The organization is terrible...bookings should equal the number of rooms you have available. The Office Manager, Receptionists were not even sorry. I cancelled the rest of my appointments.

My experience has been very good so I would recommend it without hesitation.

Lidia Botia Ortiz De La Torre: Very friendly reception, good treatment. But the psychologist I went to seemed super absent and half asleep. I felt that he was even getting bored, and he didn't crack a single smile in more than half an hour of the session. It took him a while to ask the questions because he was so distracted. Also, at a certain point I told him about a problem I have, and after a whole session practically expressionless and unfocused, he raised his head and looked at me suddenly, as if he had been surprised by what I had said and was judging me (there is something to that). which is called "the theory of mind" and which all psychologists must apply). What the gentleman thinks about a subject should not interfere with the consultation, it is a very serious fault as a psychologist, because I am opening my mind and my emotions before a stranger who is supposed to make me feel safe. And finally, to top it off, as a tool to get through the week until the next session, he told me "try not to care so much about things". A little more and he tells me "don't scratch yourself, aunt".

Luiz Candreva: The second star it’s because it’s 24h. Treatment is nothing short of extreme rude. Unfriendly, it seems that the attendant was giving me a huge favor just by going to the door. Scarcity of products and misguidance regarding Spanish regulations and drugs available. I’d recommend searching somewhere else. (You can see that they reply with somewhat pretty words on a “by the book” kind of way, but do absolutely nothing to effectively solve the issues reported, since they continue to happen months in a row).

Ivan Fernandez: Disgraceful treatment by the gray-haired pharmacist during the on-call service. As it was an emergency and after indicating that I did not have the prescribed medicine, I went back to indicate an equivalent that the doctor had indicated to me by phone. He did not want to provide it to me (which I can understand if that is the protocol) but the ways of dispatching me were totally unacceptable. He literally told me: go ahead. I cannot understand under any circumstances receiving such treatment from a professional who works with the public. Seen in other comments the experiences of other clients should seriously reconsider doing without this person.

Shane Kenny: This is an outstanding place, as an Irish person in Madrid, it is still amazing to me that I can get excellent fresh food, all my need for the house, a big screen tv and tyres for my car all in one place. Really though the staff are helpful and this supermarket really has everything you could possibly need.

Anthony Verrecchio: Fairly gigantic supermarket that even sells Walmart-style clothing and random accessories - from light bulbs to televisions. Good beer selection, good organic food selection. There are some random other shops as you enter and exit, as well as all along the front of the supermarket opposite the checkout areas....from cell phone mini stores to a deli, and even a small cafe. Kind of a weird setup, but cool place. Underground parking available for patrons, as well as a large outdoor lot.

Pablo Rubio: This was a very large Alcampo with an excellent selection of food, but there were 2 major annoyances with it. The parking is very annoying as if you are shopping for more than an hour, you have to pay, I don’t understand why any business would incentivize people to leave sooner. The other annoyance is they purposely removed the expiration date sticker on a wheel of cheese I buy frequently. It was clearly expired as it was completely covered in white mold which only happens when this perticular cheese is expired or near expiration, I would have still bought it as it is delicious once you remove the mold, but why not be honest and not try to pass it off without the expiration sticker? Apart from that the woman that works in the cheese department is very friendly and enthusiastic and is an asset to this location.

Christoph Fischer-Antze: The best supermarket in this neighbourhood. They have a surprisingly big parking lot given the high real estate prices in this area and have literally everything you can think from groceries to non-food items. Their produce is very fresh and the choice is wide-ranging from fish to meats to cheeses and take away.

Jeronimo Reyes: A few weeks ago I visited the store while looking for an item, a lady named Teresa Hernandez kindly and professionaly helped me out to find what I was looking for! This time sure was a pleasant shopping experience! Alcampo it's a nice hypermarket w/ lots of product assortment, fresh produce, beef and the whole nineyards!!!! Just like any hypermarket back in the U.S. or any Publix, Wegman's and so on. I love their deli and cheese section! Competitive prices and roomy. By the way, something has to be done about the clothing next to fishmonger! I bought a few shirts and they smell awful!

B T: The supermarket is so dirty, I both a burrata that was in a terrible condition to eat and at least I left a pair of shoes to fix in a store INSIDE that stole me because they didn’t made the work and when i tried to make a complaint they told me that they wouldn’t do nothing about it

Angel de Castro: Neighborhood pharmacy, with very familiar treatment. The pharmacy is attended by the owner and her son, both very nice. Compared to other pharmacies in the neighborhood, there is less queue and the treatment is closer. Sami Arab: This is like the worst experience and embarrassing moment I have faced in my life but I tried to keep myself as polite as I could, I visited the drug store on 16/may/2016 around 6:00 PM and it was a busy period, I went till the last counter at the shop and I approached the lady by saying hello, and she replied back by Spanish which I couldn't understand, I said sorry and she replied loudly with the same words where one of her colleagues told me one moment please but in Spanish which I understood, and they were both laughing loudly till her colleague remembered to Cal someone to assist me, I could have been rude and loud to her while the shop was full of customers, but then I decided it wouldn't benift me anything, I suggest that you teach that lady some manners on how to behave with customers because with such employees behavior you wouldn't have customers and if you don't have customers she wouldn't be employed. I will make sure next time I will cross a further distance but I won't enter that store anymore.

Matthew Levin: I twisted my ankle after falling off a curb and everyone at this clinic was so accommodating and friendly, getting me in at the last minute before a holiday and giving me all the time and attention needed to properly assess my injury. The receptionist, the x-ray tech and Dr. Freitag were all so patient and kind to me and made me feel very at ease in a pretty stressful situation. Dr. Freitag was very professional and explained my injury to me clearly (in English, as my Spanish could be much better!). The clinic itself was clean and modern, too. I left with a solid plan for recovery from the sprain, detailed paperwork for my insurance company and x-rays to take home with me. I recommend them to anyone in Madrid who needs a competent and compassionate doctor. Thank you very much, Clínica DKF!
