Gina Kim: I found this place through research and had great reviews! One thing I didnt know is that it is mostly an online shop (but hear they are opening up a shop soon). I made a reservation on our Honeymoon for my husband to get a custom tailored suit, and when we got there he told us its mostly online but he would love to help. He spend so much time and detail to explain his company and every detail about how to purchase a good suit. The service, attention and genuine concern for his customers is a breath of fresh air and honestly so hard to find. The fabrics are all great to amazing quality and the price is unbeatable! For the quality and service. We def will be purchasing more from Mansolutely. Thank you for everything!

Jarek Nuszczynski: The reason one guy with big amount of hair (says who:) is still working that’s certainly connections there. It is impossible otherwise as didn’t come across that arrogance and incompetence in any store I remember. Especially when you sell good quality products. Here, it doesn’t match at all. Alvaro Gonzalez Fernandez-Ladreda: Each one chooses how he takes care of his clients, the attention leaves much to be desired. We arrived at 1:30 p.m. (half an hour before closing time) in order to adjust some pants that I had made there as well as another gray one with the same fabric. After waiting 15/20 minutes, he tells us that it closes at 2 and that they will not attend to us, I tell them that the normal thing is that they put a sign on the door so that we do not go through and not that they tell us after 15 minutes, their answer was discuss whether or not we had 15 minutes. Of course I left and I will not return, nor will I recommend it to anyone. Each one chooses how to treat their clients, I also have a customer service business and even when closing time arrives, I stay until the last client leaves.

You omit that there were three clients waiting before you, that I, Ángel, spoke to you as soon as I had a break with the client I was serving and that from the time they arrived until I spoke to you and your wife, not even five minutes had passed. . Álvaro Vivanco Barbudo: Spectacular site for quality tailored suits in Madrid. The treatment is magnificent, my tailor, José Manuel is a true professional. They also help and advise you on everything, and even fix other clothes if you need it. Highly recommended.
Mariano Aterido Maniegas: I met them at a fair more than a year in advance and I was delighted by their work. They took my data and agreed to call me around May or June of this year (9 months later) to make a first contact and make the morning suit for my wedding. When August of the following year arrived, no one had contacted me (I thought that with so much time it is normal for this type of situation to occur) so I made an appointment. After a first meeting in mid-August they agreed to send me a proposal and budget by email. To this day I have no news, neither by mail nor by phone (in October, less than two months before my wedding). So the experience of making my morning suit for my wedding has been, to say the least, disappointing.
Xavier Lluís Roig i Segui Roca Palmer: A fantastic Made to Measure option for any type of suit, with lots of options and very good advice. The treatment of the tailors is impeccable and they meet the deadlines well. I count on them for suits and shirts for work, and they have given me very good results. In my case, Jose Manuel has always taken care of me, and he has always advised me in confidence and with exceptional treatment. In short, totally recommended.

Borja M.: I had some shirts fixed despite the fact that the price they offered me was somewhat high. When I picked them up, I found that they still had threads that had not been removed and they were all wrinkled in the same bag, despite having delivered them ironed and on a hanger. When asking for explanations they were unable to give me any solution or any gesture in this regard, ignoring the matter. Without a doubt, there are many better tailor shops in Madrid for the same price, or even cheaper, and of course with better customer service.
Araceli García: I made a custom shirt for my son and it took more than two months to deliver it, without giving explanations or updating the situation during that time. On the day of delivery, the collar continued with unfinished threads and it was delivered without ironing due to "a failure in the iron". After months of use, some of the auctions continue to jump. In general, quality is not recommended for the price they charge.
Adrián Domínguez Vaquero: I went to make a suit for myself since the website gave an error and I decided to contact them via email to make an appointment. When I went there after measuring myself and agreeing on fabrics and selecting the details, we went to payment and they told me that the prices had changed, increasing from €350 to €440. In the end, after asking for said change, we did not find a solution. A waste of time.
Marta Zarraluqui Navarro: They advise you very well and offer you a lot of fabrics and options so that you can design the garment exactly as you want. I made pajamas and a robe and they fit perfectly. Without a doubt, I will repeat.
