A mechanic comes out to attend to me and I kindly ask him about the scooter that I had seen advertised. He tells me to my surprise, since they didn't say it in the ad, that it is to be repaired. They have her as bait, let's go. I ask about others, and the boy very reluctantly and without saying a word to me or showing interest in wanting to sell anything, tells me: there you have the others. I see them, I ask and at first I see that they are overpriced. They also have one for €1,000 that they haven't even bothered to polish the headlight that is yellow, I don't want to know how they will be checked. It seems that they were wishing me out of there. What they did not know is that I had 2000 euros in my pocket from a sale and surely with a little more kindness I would have been interested in another model. Oh, I forgot that they nail you a whopping €180 for the change of owner. Little unpresentable. NOT RECOMMENDED.

CARLOS: I bought a Tmax about a month ago, what to say that the sale treatment has been excellent by Guille and Juan Carlos, you send an email and they respond to you shortly clarifying any doubts. I have passed the first inspection and they have been great with me, keeping all the original spare parts that they have changed in bubble wrap and stored on the motorcycle. Very happy indeed. To put a snag in the service of the first review would be to say, that the next day I had a few drops of oil on the garage floor, caused because when they changed the filter, they did not bother to give everything around it with brake cleaner. , its surroundings being completely filled with oil. It is a detail that I think could be something occasional but should not happen. I was also shocked by another detail, the report puts everything they do and one of them is to clean filters, I took the motorcycle without the covers because they are lining them in carbon, and in one filter there was a wasp before entering that you could see perfectly, wasp that was still there when I picked it up from the service. That indicates that this filter at least has not been touched. Many workshops have disappointed me on the issue that the reviews that are so detailed and that they do turn out to only change the oil and filter, and some even deceive you in that by charging you everything. I hope that in Cortes there are no such details and the only two drawbacks that I have found in the service have been oversights that will not be repeated in the future and these reviews serve to improve those oversights. Maribel Ramirez: Honestly, a little disappointed. At first they are all very nice. They sold me a scooter, supposedly with abs. The first rainy day that I took it, it blocked me when braking and to the ground. They say they don't understand, that there would be oil on the floor. I take it to my trusted workshop and they tell me that it only has abs on the front wheel... Something that I would like to have known when buying it. Fortunately, in my usual workshop they have always put new wheels on me because the standard ones were very bad. After the fall I asked them for a repair estimate. I answered them with the acceptance, but no one ever answered me to make an appointment. I called them on the phone and no one answered me. They told me that the material would be ordered and that they would call me. I never knew anything. The papers told me they would take time. After 3 months I write to them and they tell me that they had them a week after buying the motorcycle (error in the mail). In short, they sell you the motorcycle very well, but later when problems appear or you need after-sales service, nothing at all. all are problems

manuel marquez: Tell me about this company and its technical service, if you have other options, don't even think about approaching them. I have a 790adv. and it is already the 2nd time that after a revision, they give me the motorcycle with some of the functions disconnected. The 1st time was the quick shift and now the cruise control. Not happy with that, they assure me that everything is fine according to the computer and when I take it back to have the error corrected, after more than a week without informing me they tell me that it has a fault in the brake sensors and they give me an additional bill. of more than €250 without asking me for authorization or giving me a prior budget. To all this, again more than €100 + VAT for labor, in short, some real scoundrels, don't even go there. And that came recommended from another "professional" who has a HUSQVARNA dealership and takes the bikes there because he doesn't have the KTM diagnosis... I hope that this opinion and that of the rest of the users that I see who have suffered similar treatment, will help KTM to rethink the service provided by the NOMURA gentlemen.

Javi: Well here goes the 11th time that my Scout Bobber has left me stranded. The battery dies from one day to the next, always right after using it. In this official dealer of the brand they tell me that my motorcycle is fine, which is because I left it standing still for 4 weeks. In addition to this being a lie, the motorcycle has come to be in the workshop 3 different times within a month! With what the 4 weeks does not hold. This has been happening to the motorcycle since it left the shop, about 3 years ago. Well, they just told me here (literally) in the official service that the problem is mine, and that if I don't like the motorcycle, I should sell it. I tell this so that you know how they work in the official dealer. I love the bike, but I see that they don't have the ability to solve problems. On top of that, they blame me and make me a liar and a liar. In short, think about it a lot if you go to this dealer-official technical service, because here everyone is very friendly until you have a problem.

Hector Peñarrubia García: I bought a second-hand Vespa 125 on this site that I had seen advertised on the internet. When I went to see it, the bike was practically disassembled and Carlos told me that it needed to be painted and would be ready in a week. I bought it trusting Carlos' word since I had previously bought another motorcycle with him. After a week the bike was still not ready and another two weeks passed and every time I called they told me some things that didn't make much sense (it seemed that they were tuning ValeRossi's bike), but finally, and after a month from the purchase, I ended up receiving the bike. Now comes the best. I hand over my old motorcycle and am about to leave with my vespa (which I picked up at the workshop). I left it, Francisco Silvela headed towards Castellana and the motorcycle did not exceed 20 km/hour (I almost had an accident at rush hour in the afternoon) and it began to smell of burning, I parked it and called the tow truck to come pick us up (to the motorcycle and to me). How surreal (it looked like a scene from Torrente)! It didn't even take 5 minutes. When I get to the workshop they do the Swedish thing and tell me that they would have to check it. After another two weeks of calls every day to see what was wrong with my motorcycle, they told me that the burning smell was from the paint and that what I had was not serious (I no longer remember the things with which they tried to convince). In short, what happened is that they had deceived me by selling me a motorcycle that did not work. I picked up my motorcycle a few weeks after it was supposed to be going well and the scooter never got past 75 km/hour. It gave a lot of failures and I was in the workshop every month and they never gave me a solution. In the end, after a year I had to scrap it. I took it to another workshop and they told me that they had scammed me, that the bike was for scrap. I'm sure Carlos and his team enjoyed the money I paid for that garbage. What I am telling about happened to me a few years ago but I am telling it today because I went back there and my stomach turned. For all of the above, I would not recommend this site either to buy (Carlos) or for a workshop (Jonatan). Sure there are people who had good experiences with them but mine was disastrous.

Laura Martínez: From the first moment Rafa seemed friendly and a good professional, he also assured me that he would have the motorcycle as soon as possible, which was essential to buy it. Unfortunately it wasn't like that, he gave it to me days later after I always had to call him since he didn't do it and until he picked up the phone it could be the fifth call. Also, I bought him a helmet that he needed the day I picked up the bike, things that I didn't get and he couldn't tell me the day he was delivered. To finish the necessary papers for the motorcycle, he gave them to me loose without a folder or anything like that. So to conclude, at first Rafa will seem like a good salesperson and advises you in everything he can, but then his attitude changes and you have to be attentive, because when you get the sale he doesn't worry so much.

Daniel Pérez Espinosa: Incredible attention from the clerk when it came to advising me on a motorcycle in which I was interested and in the end I ended up buying it. Very fast financing because the clerk took care of everything and had it. Motorcycle at 2 days. Thank you rafa (clerk) for your dedication and concern... In fact, I went after two days to get the marker right and it didn't take even 2 minutes. Excellent.

SERGIO BENAVENTE GIJÓN: Unfortunately, kindness and apologies are just as exponential as the lack of solutions. I bought a new motorcycle and it was all delays and having to chase the delivery. Many calls made, none received, except when the motorcycle was already four days after the established date. The worst was the lack of information as it generated insecurity. If the financing had not been signed, I would have canceled the order. After a thousand apologies they offer me as compensation to have a good detail. This was a €30.00 anti-theft disk and a pair of keyrings. Come on, the minimum, minimum that they give you even when you buy a second-hand motorcycle. The unsealed warranty book. They were not able to give me an insurance quote for two weeks. And they were collaborators of AMV. Even so, I gave them a second chance requesting a price for anchors and a trunk for the motorcycle. After two weeks of waiting, I still have no news about it. I honestly don't understand the lack of interest, even more so when customer satisfaction was not good at all. Definitely the last time I use them. They have lost a customer and been won over by another dealer for future review and purchase or sale. Draw your own conclusions.

La Hora del Pajaroloco Gm: The site is a true marvel from the employees who work the mechanics and the owner himself. The prices are not the cheapest but the quality is one of the best in all of Madrid. Those of us from the club all take our motorcycle there and thanks to that they make us a bit of a price and they take us very much into account when it comes to making room for us. If you are a regular customer, the treatment will be even better, although it is already great in itself.
