Raquel Fouz Lebrero: My daughter ended up hating the piano after just three months at school. He started with great enthusiasm but little by little he lost it. One day I came a little early to pick her up and I saw why: the teacher was yelling at her because her hand was wrong when she played the piano. He's barely 5 years old and I don't want him to be yelled at or demanded of a level he can't have. And as if that were not enough, I also had problems when it came to charging for classes. As my daughter lost her motivation, we tried another teacher and only half an hour (instead of an hour as it was at the beginning). And therefore, if I only went half an hour they had to charge me less, but they didn't. They put the excuse that they already had the receipt made and it was charged automatically. They told me that they would return it to me by transfer and after insisting a thousand times, calling them and not picking up the phone, sending them WhatsApp and not answering them (although it came out as read with the double blue tick), in the end they never returned the money... It was about €50, neither too much nor too little, but the Swedes did it...

Scrap Einstein: I was here a little bit, I couldn't complete the course but Fernando, the Director, always made me feel at home. I agree that education takes precedence over economics, without a doubt. My personal circumstances were a bit special at that time and Fer gave me solutions and facilities everywhere. In my case, my instrument (the violin) involves learning at a high cost, and it did not seem expensive to me for the center that it is and all that it offers. In my case, I practiced in soundproof rooms where groups played with drums and guitar, as well as singers, and I never heard them while I was rehearsing. I do not agree at all with the comment that so easily criticizes the soundproofing. My teacher, Sara Muñiz Pérez was, and still is, an angel with me and the teaching was very nice. And the academy itself made it enormously easier for me to choose and buy my instrument, and although there were problems with the reception, Fer was very attentive at all times and did the impossible to solve it. Thank you Fer for everything, that coffee is pending. Thanks to the rest of the team.
