Ana B: Fatal, every time I've gone it has been because my trusted pharmacy didn't have something and every time I remember why I don't go. Half a year ago I went and the pharmacist started giving me a speech about why I should never work with women (we are both women). A very uncomfortable and sexist conversation that ended up telling me how women work worse than men all the time, he didn't listen to what I had asked him for and he gave me the wrong medicine. The straw that broke the camel's back to write the review is that, since they don't sell anything without a prescription, they sold me a probiotic that I've taken for a urine infection that hasn't done anything to me because it's literally homeopathic. Probiotics are usually natural, but I have literally been sold a pill of oregano, mint, cinnamon and lemon. If you can't sell me anything, tell me, I'll go to another pharmacy, but selling me almost candy is already a scam. Let's see if they get the batteries, it is an advantage that it is 24 hours, but almost everyone I know leaves it as a last resort for things like these.

Blanca Escamilla: Unless it's my last resort I won't be back. Either you bring a prescription or better not go. I understand that there will be medicines that cannot be sold without prescriptions but a product that I pay 100% (without subsidy) and which I have been buying for many years without any problem even in different communities I do not understand . This Sunday, unfortunately, everything was closed, I had to go and nothing touched me, keep looking for a pharmacy on duty....

Cristina H: I'm not giving it a lower score because you can't. My boy came in to buy an ointment for a cold sore, I stayed outside because we were with a dog. I tell him to go in and ask for Zovicrem (worth about €4 approx.) They tell him that they don't sell that product and instead they sell him another product worth more than €8, and on top of that they sell him two bottles (more than €17 total). Since I don't agree with the sale, I go in later and ask for the product again, which appears in a drawer as if by magic. I ask the employee to exchange the product for me and to refund my money (almost €13 difference), all reluctantly, as if she was annoyed that this time her trick hadn't "slipped". I think it's great that they are the only pharmacy that opens in the neighborhood on holidays and I also think it's great that they are a company like any other and need to "make a killing". But health is an issue that goes further, and the economy of the neighbors as well. Not wanting to sell a product claiming that they don't have it, to instead sell another more expensive one and on top of that x2, seems to me to be a very careful creeper, apart from a liar. But taking advantage of people's ignorance seems to me to have another even worse qualifier, the truth. If they do this with young people, what will they do with older people? I'll try not to have to go back.
